Let's walk through the site,via some frequently asked questions, so you can maximize your visit.
 
FAQ'S:
1.  I understand that you specialize in Organic Black Soap, Unrefined Shea Butter & Himalayan Salt Products.  How can I find information on these items?
Along the left hand side bar, you will find pages for each of these items. As time goes on, we are adding information about some of our other products.  At this time, we have pages for Tamboti Wood , Mudcloth, Neti Pots & Salt Inhalers, CD's & Music, and African Art& Artifacts. We believe that an educated customer is the best kind!
 
2.  I am interested in seeing what concerts or events you may have upcoming at Earthsong Studio.  Where do I go to get this information?
We have a CALENDAR icon on the right hand side of the top bar. When you click on this word, a full calendar of events will open up.  You can look forward, to see what is going on.  If you see an event that interests you, simply click on it and more information will come up.
For more details, you can then proceed to the left hand side bar.  There you will see a section entitled The Earthsong School.  Subheadings will lead you to the event you are interested in.  Workshops/Presentations would include events such as single or multi-week workshops, seminars, presentations, one-time events. Performances/Exhibitions would include concerts, art exhibitions, poetry readings and so on.
 
3.  I would like to know more about courses offered at Earthsong Village. Where do I go for this?
In addition to presentations, workshops and concerts, we have ongoing courses at the Village.  Find The Earthsong School at the side bar and visit the section entitled "Courses". These include Drumming, Bellydancing and Hatha Yoga.
 
4.  I wish to purchase some of your products but cannot get to the store.  How can I go about this?
The Shea Butter and Black Soap are listed in their respective sections with prices.  Any other product can also be purchased.  Simply send us an email at arts@earthsongvillage.com, or earthsongmac@hotmail.com, or phone us at 416-266-2787, let us know what you would like and we will package it up, find out the shipping charge, and send it to you.  You will be charged only the actual shipping cost; we do not ask for a handling fee.
 
5.  How do I pay for a shipped order?
You can pay through PayPal (earthsongmac@hotmail.com), by credit card over the phone, or by sending us a personal cheque or money order.  When your payment has cleared, we will ship your items to you within 3 days.
 
6.  I am thrilled with my Earthsong Village product and would like to send you a testimonial.  Is this possible?
We would be delighted to hear from you.  Simply email us your testimonial or review and we will post it on the website
 
7.  I am interested in the products you carry at the store.  I notice there is not very much information on the website.  How can I find out more?
If you cannot come and see for yourself, feel free to call or email us.  We carry so many items, with a high rate of turnover, that it would be difficult to maintain all that information on the site.  We do mention up to the minute information on products in our Newsletter.
 
8.  Do you send out a newsletter?
Yes, we do.  If you wish to receive our Newsletter, call or send us your email address.  We will be delighted to place your name on our list.
