Breathe at Ease Neti Pot™

Our Nasal Cleansing Pot is the ideal answer for cleansing nasal passages. The gentle and effective technique of nasal irrigation is widely recommended by health practitioners worldwide as a wonderful way to improve your overall feeling of well being and maintain radiant, vibrant health.

Many people practice Neti on a daily basis to keep their sinuses clean and improve their ability to breathe freely. Most find it a soothing and pleasant practice once they try it. If you are one of the many people who find that your nasal passages are blocked as a result of the effects of pollution, dust pollen and other irritants, you may find this simple cleansing technique of invaluable benefit to you.

For centuries Neti Pots have been used by yoga practitioners as a tradition for purification exercise. Neti is one of the six purification techniques undertaken prior to the practice of Yoga to help prepare the body. Some yogic teachers consider it valuable in cleansing the energy channels and balancing the right and left hemisphere to create radiant, energetic health and wellness, which is the foundation upon which true yogic practice can come to completion. For the practice of yoga GAMMA Breathe at Ease™ Neti Pots are useful for soothing and moisturizing of dried out nasal passages; removing excess mucus, dirt, and pollen.

What Medical Professionals say about Neti Pots

Many Doctors believe that Neti Pots can help clear mucus from your sinuses, using about 8oz of warm water mixed with ¼ teaspoon of pure Himalayan salt. Why wash your sinuses with warm salty water? Cold water may be irritating and it makes you feel like drowning and human tissues are never washed with-out salt water. When you pour warm saltwater into your nostril it gets in to every tiny part of your sinuses, allowing your body to moisturize dried out nasal passages relinquish excess mucus, dirt, and pollen, so you can actually begin to function normally.

It may look and feel strange in the beginning however many [ear, nose and throat] doctors who are specialists in this area will often say “this is a better treatment than a lot of the other drugs that we try to offer folks, because it mechanically cleans out the problem”.

Directions
  • Fill Breathe at Ease™ Neti Pot with 6-8 oz of lukewarm water, add ¼ teaspoon of our Himalayan Neti Salt, stir until dissolved to make brine solution

Breathe at Ease Salt Inhaler™

  Reusable

Our Breathe at Ease Salt inhaler™ is a convenient porcelain receptacle that has been designed to recreate that similar micro-climate, giving you access to salt therapy wherever and whenever you need it. Salt crystal are positioned inside the  Breathe at Ease Salt Inhaler™, so when inhaling, passing air absorbs microscopic salt particles which then pass through the respiratory system to induce natural self cleansing mechanisms that flush away the impurities from the surface of the cells, mechanically cleanse the passage ways, help clear out the nasal cavities and help calm, heal and repair inflamed lungs and airways. It helps restore the normal transport of mucus and unclog blockages in the bronchi and bronchioles.

Use our Breathe at Ease Salt inhaler™ In your house, office, or car, our refillable, high quality porcelain ceramic salt inhaler pipe can be a major benefit for all types of breathing conditions. Great for relief from daily pollution affecting your air quality,

When we designed our salt inhaler we looked at the other products on the market and noticed that none of them opened up. Many had only a small hole on the bottom through which air could pass. And what if you wanted to clean it... that's sure not going to be easy. So we designed a better salt inhaler that has 2 separate pieces; a base with many air holes that holds the Himalayan salt and a removable top. Now you can change the salt and have a salt inhaler that you can easily wash and RE-USE. All this makes for a convenient, sanitary and environmentally conscious salt inhaler.

Air We Breathe

Industrialization in the 20th & 21st centuries have made our lives much easier in many ways; however the side effects of industrialization have polluted our air in and around our cities. The direct consequence of the massive pollution has affected our respiratory system. Apart from the genetic factors, asthmatic and other respiratory disorders have increased radically.

   Manhattan

Here is a list of cities most polluted* by short-term levels of particle pollution, a deadly cocktail of ash, soot, diesel exhaust, chemicals, metals and aerosols that can spike dangerously for hours to weeks on end. This type of air pollution can trigger serious problems such as breathing, asthma and heart attacks, strokes, lung cancer and even early death.

Hundreds of thousands of people suffering from allergies, asthma, and other respiratory system disorders have found that visits to the salt mines all over the world to inhale the salty air have brought amazing natural respiratory relief of asthma, sinusitis, breathlessness & bronchitis.

Its a well known fact that workers of salt mines did not get ill with lung diseases. During the Second World War salt mines were often used as bombproof shelters. After spending time there many people who suffered from asthma felt that their health had gotten better. Alexander the Great discovered salt mines at the foothills of the Himalayas. In 326 BC., during a battle fought that year against the Indian King Porus on the Hydaspes River (now the Jhelum) in Punjab.

Some of the injured soldiers along with their horses took refuge in caves at the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains. Here they noticed that the horses were licking the rocks. But after further investigation, the soldiers discovered that the horses were actually licking crystallized salt. Soldiers also noticeq that wounded animals were healed much faster in the salt mines.

Based on results from alternative healing done in Europe, Canada and the USA, Speleotherapy or salt mine therapy is the treatment of respiratory diseases using the air found in underground caves. Such air is rich in natural salt microns and ions, which have been found quite effective in reducing asthma, allergies, and other breathing problems. Now in most North American cities Salt Rooms are being made to offer Speleotherapy.

Now you can achieve the benefits of salt therapy easily, simply and in the comfort of your own home. Our Breathe at Ease Salt Inhaler™ is the modern way to experience salt therapy and has no side effects.

Just a few minutes of regular daily use can be of major benefit not only to asthma, but can also help overcome stuffiness, persistent coughing, shortness of breath, and neutralize the daily damaging effects of air pollution, dust, smog, fog and secondary cigarette smoke.

To keep your inhaler in good working order; always store in a cool, dry place.

How does Breathe at Ease Salt inhaler™ work?

Breathing in with your mouth and out with your nose, the tiny salt particles are able to get deep into your respiratory system. Using the Himalayan salt inhaler pipe for 15-25 minutes a day helps to flush away impurities we breathe in everyday, as well as helping to heal and calm inflamed lungs and airways. Salt pipes are quite popular in Europe, and can be used by anyone anywhere.
